Usually I have to further correct it in other app, lowering a saturation. The app concentrates & enhances only people faces and not "overall" blurry image, which ends up in hideous results(Sharp face. Clothing/hair/hands everything else is blurry unprocessed). Photos with more people, it never corrects everyone, as randomly some are still blurry |

I emailed them and they gave me 3 free months for the error BUT DIDNT ACTUALLY GIVE IT TO ME!! I want to use this app but I give up after a year of wasted money. They should be banned for stealing money. |

I tried removing and reloading the app, but it still doesn't work. it's very frustrating since I paid for this. I tried contacting customer service, and they said to try and update the app. I did, but to no avail. I attempted to tell them again that I was still having problems, but they won't respond now. I have them 2 stars since the other features work decently. |

| 2024-02-06 |  | | This app has so many bugs and glitches it isn't worth buying. It works for one photo, then stops. I tried downloading to another phone, put in my account number, and it charged me again! It isn't cheap as apps go, $49! Now and then, when it spits out an enhanced photo or two, they are beautifully restored. You can spend 5 minutes watching the restore brush go in circles, nothing happens. The scanning is sometimes so blurry they have to be redone. Save yourself the aggravation. Isn't worth it. |

The animation is fun and also sweet to see those we've loved and lost, almost back with us. One of the best and most indispensable apps I have been blessed to find! Thank you! Update: It won't enhance anymore, tells me something went wrong and to subscribe. I have subscribed for months now and my year long subscription is far from being over! Please help! |
