I was SO excited to use this and it was no problem for us to pay the full subscription. But less than an hour after signing up for the automatic free trial, I will be cancelling. This app is extremely complicated and a headache to maneuver through. We cannot for the life of us figure out how to connect any of our channels. We are using thru the Roku on TV and when we scan the QR code it sends us to this never ending cycle of needing to download an extension on chrome, which we do, & it repeats.
