| 2024-06-12 |  | | had a customer who's ac would not cool...after troubleshooting I got it down to the control box and was going to tell the customer that he needed s new one....then I thought about the Pocket Tech.....pulled it out and started to use it and found a loose wire at the tstat....saving my customer money and me lots of time looking for and old part and having to start the call all over again...Thanks guys |
