Why is this app not working? I have tons of memories of my baby installed in this app. It does not open. Someone please response from the app team.

Wish I could give no star at all. I purchased this app, the app is not active on my phone After several emails back and forth, still the same problem, with NO help at all. Thanks for taking my money (for free) because I got no service or a app for that.
