| 2025-01-11 |  | | Update 1/10/25: I tried to add a translation for DÜNYA by Hazel (Turkish to English) for one line only. It said "wrong language". I tried again, then got error:sv_translate. Then tried again, and the form/floating lyrics disappeared. This is why I still can't pay for this app. Why is it so complicated, 2 years later? I will not be emailing or screenshotting. Take my word and run with it, developers. Figure it out. |

You are offered the opportunity to fix incorrect lyrics, but I don't have time for that. I have used this app for years, but they increased the premium price this year & I opted not to renew. I was offered a 50% discount & tried to renew, but now it won't let me use the discount. I don't see any contact information within the app, so I am reaching out here in hopes they see this. |

Lyric submissions break, it constantly tells me that I need to connect a player to sync lyrics (I've had Spotify premium connected for over a year now and can play music within the app), and it constantly asks if I want to restore drafts AFTER the lyrics are already submitted. Also, I can't edit songs or submit appeals even for songs that are clearly not transcribed correctly. tons of wrong lyrics. |

Syncing sometimes skips song forward a few seconds after finishing a line. Cant contribute ANYTHING if the song is marked instrumental. Synced lyrics don't show on your account half the time. Song ends a few seconds too early during word by word syncing making it impossible to finish syncing. Fix these! Returned after ~3 months, almost NONE of the bugs were fixed. FIX IT |

It does restrict quite a few features behind a subscription paywall. I don't like that, but even without paying the app is so functional, I don't have any major complaints. Sometimes the syncing is a little off, but it syncs automatically every time you start a song, only taking a little while to catch up. It has the lyrics for most songs that I've played. Recommended. |

I have tried to renew my subscription manually. However, no matter which payment method I choose, it always gets declined. I sent an email weeks ago asking for help to fix this issue, but have not received a response. I would like to continue this service and would appreciate some help to resolve this issue. I have a premium account but when I go to sync lyrics it gives a button to 'sync to premium account' that doesn't lead anywhere so the button isn't actually a button. You can't add lyrics for songs because they say you have to do these tests and then you do them and they aren't accepting applicants to add lyrics?? As though I'm their student or something. Multiple areas where "buttons" don't lead anywhere and aren't actually buttons despite haptic feedback. Total rubbish |
| 2024-08-19 |  | | I love the concept, and it is very generous to give users premium if they contribute enough (though I'm honestly not even sure what premium DOES), but this is the most frustratingly buggy app I've ever touched. It's so sad honestly, I keep coming back only to be disappointed. I can't even connect my spotify anymore, it hangs on the 2nd 3-dots loading screen every time, never let's me enter login.. and prior I had to disconnect/reconnect it every few songs, when app says you aren't connected |
