It recently changed one of its access features ( a personal question) which is how I open it. I contacted the developer and within days they put it back! They had contacted me back incredibly quickly to tell me they would look into putting it back and they did! |

I used that option and it is now gone. I'm not able to use the pattern or fingerprint options so I have been locked out. I can't set the biometric perms for fingerprint scanner. |

Ans of your question = When I took a backup of the password, then cleared the data of the app, after that I again entered the password in the app ( this time i use other password ) and then restored the data that was taken, then without any password, it was restored in the new account. |
