1. We cannot start our vehicle. 2. We cannot Unlock our Vehicle. 3. Tutorials are not informative like detailing 4. There are no Option to Delete Trip History 5. There is no option to Reset Driving Analysis 6. No SOS button or Option I owned a Hyundai Vehicle and Their Blue Link Facility is much better than this.

Most of the time it doesn't work. Location also not updated in case of any long tours. Remains offline for 2-3 days together. Also notification are not realtime. any 2-3 k gps device functions with much more accuracy. Not expected such pathetic service from big brands like maruti. Basically this app doesn't meet basic requirement for which it is installed. Customer care just says you uninstall and reinstall. Hopeless.
