I bought protection program from this insurance. They always ask me for ridiculous statement.

Apps ini membingungkan dan tidak praktis. Salah satu masalah adalah saat gagal bayar dan mau coba bayar lagi, tidak ada data pembelian yg tersimpan (order yg belum dibayar). Di email pun tidak ada link untuk pembayaran online. Harus email atau telepon. Orang beli online kan mau cepat. Kalau harus email/telepon jadi malas beli. Apalagi jika tinggal di luar Indonesia, bisanya cuma beli online.
