This is the worst app I've used in at least the past year. The app looks like it hasnt been updated in ten years. Scanning a QR code at the meter doesn't actually properly fill in the information. Why do I need an account to pay for parking? Let me scan the QR code, use Google Pay and be done with it. Unable to get the receipt to stay on screen to take a screenshot. Horrendous app.

There is literally no part of this app that works correctly the first time, and only a few parts of the app that work correctly after that. Skip the download; find a convenience store to break a few dollars for the meter instead.
