| 2024-12-12 |  | | I have notifications turned off on the app, but I keep getting notifications for EVERYTHING related to my searches on my phone. I do not want to see a popup every time a home is listed as pending or sold, I only want to see if there's a price change on something I've saved. When I couldn't see a place in the settings to turn off pending notifications, I turned them all off- app notifications are OFF. However, I'm getting a ton of notifications anyway. My app is up to date on the latest version. |

| 2024-12-10 |  | | No good experience with this company. I founded homes and know one reach back out in a timely manner. However, some of my policy and procedures where missing from my online post. As a result, I didn't no what to pay or do. When I inquired I received different amounts that was confusing, it appeared that most of the house were water damage or burnt. Although,I reached out to the concierge for over two years with no help. Two star is being too generous. I'm still searching for a home. |

I was sent a new house every like 5 minutes, which is good for some people, but they never sent me houses in my state or in my price point. I even went to the settings and turned the notifications off and I STILL got notifications every ten minutes. it got rather annoying. I still use the site though, just on my computer |
| 2024-08-14 |  | | EDIT: This app now sends so many push alerts daily (20+), and 90% of those alerts have absolutely nothing to do with any search I have ever programmed into the app itself. I have been unable to disable alerts. I will have to uninstall the app before losing my mind. ORIGINAL 2014: love that there's so much thorough info that this app displays, properties are easy to locate, and the format of that info displayed is very clean. The app makes searching fast, easy, and fun. |
