    It was more difficult than it needed to be to find information about ending the contract, but other than that, it's okay. There's been a few issues with the reliability of the signal, but it's just okay. It's not the best, and it's definitely not the worst.

    This has got to be one of the worst user interfaces in an app that I've ever seen. After accessing the app and entering the code to see the details of your plan, guess what, you only see a page with your phone number, which you have to click; which brings you to a second page, in which, again, you don't see anything about the details of your plan, one click afterwards and you can finally see some details. Definitely not user friendly.

    Stupid app. It is not user friendly at all. Besides, it often fails to display my products (my mobile and wifi etc.). It is surprisingly disappointing for a big company like Movistar..

    This is a horrible app. It is incredibly slow, stalls all the time, has an unnecessarily complicated user interface where you have to go look for everything, the information displayed is often wrong or not updated, ... It is unbelievable how a big company like Telefonica can't afford to put some money into a decent app. One year later... And still as bad as a year ago. What improvements have you made? Nothing.

    Absolutely useless. 0 stars. It never works or directs you to the website which also does not work. Also there is apparently no option to simply add money to your account with them already deducting it for your prepaid Tarif.Which u would think would only start once u have the actual amount for the tarif recharged. No they take your money step by step Customer service just ended the conversation when they could not answer my questions anymore. "your problem has been solved" Connection is bad to

    Months have passed since I got my Movistar SIM and not a single bug in this app has been fixed. Using the mobile number to enter the app almost never works "ya hay otro inicio de sesión en marcha". No there is no other session! Information on data used is completely wrong. It says that I use 500GB every few hours. Only the summary on the front page is correct. How is it possible that a big company like Movistar can have such poor software??? Zero stars. And don't tell me to contact you by email.

    App is rubbish, cannot get any of my bill to open in the app. Page just constantly spins and won't open up. Would really like to see what we are being charged for as bill is never correct. Pointless going into the shop where we live as the staff are useless and don't do what we want. Also one member of staff is not very nice towards British customers so won't deal with him.

    Worst app ever. You supposed to be a teck company fix to work as it should. It takes ages to load your data. Other times it fails or 404.Now shows I used 1.3tb of data out of 1.3tb in prepaid phone. When you top up , you need to enter your number and credit card everytime. No automatic top up

    This app is almost useless. It almost never displays updated correct data and links or pages hardly or never fully load. I have an available balance, which I can't use to pay my bill and when I try to add funds to my balance, it won't accept it. It makes this service extremely difficult to use and when I contact their Customer support about it, they always refer me to their physical stores... What's the point of having an app then??
