Very disappointed by the service! They dupe customers by excluding (moms 25%) tax from the amount when booking ride. Moreover when I called the customer service for refund of a cancelled ride, the guy was really rude to me, and when I asked him whether my refund has been initiated as previously I had been told, he tells me that they are trained to say these things to fool us so we don't nag them. 2 stars because at least the ride was good, which should be, given that I paid a whopping 700 DKK!
