I've been trying on successfully to use this for 3 years sometimes it films a little bit of me but then mostly the yard and other things and now it won't connect at all

[Update 2023-11-08]: Unable to live stream, video freezes after call is accepted by my coach for live lessons. Support team is actively troubleshooting. [Update 2022-11-02]: Developer updated app so it does not crash on Android 13 when accepting permissions on initial load on app version 1.2.13. App still freezing on landing screen and doesn't allow pairing with Pixem. They extended my return window. [Original 2022-10-25]: Crashes and won't pair on Pixel 6 pro
