Literally nothing about the registration process works. There is no customer support. Email support won't work if you don't have an account. Try ringing them 4 hour queue I eventually gave up. Reviews online seem to indicate they are indeed very dodgy with terrible customer service. I recommend using Revolut or Wise first if you can.
