Decided to stop working last week, came back after two days has gone again. Apparently it won't work with WiFi or if vpn is on the phone. Funny that because its worked with those on my phone for over three years. I've removed the app, turned my phone on and off, left it for three hours and it's still not working. When you call 109 youre told its a technical issue. I know that, how do you fix it.

After updated the app, the golden frame and vaccination record went missing. Had trouble to go to my office as no golden frame and no vaccine record. Tried calling 109 and 16000 but they keep pushing me to call each other. Called a lot and also follow up with several emails, but the issue still not resolved. If you have the same issue, dont bother to call 109 and 16000. Just a waste of time. I am now jus let the app as it is. Too frustrated and tired to follow up on things that you cannot solve.
