New app forces you to turn on location and place an order. Doesn't allow for any other function. What if I just want to open it up to access my gift card or loyalty card to use in person? Reverting to the old app, which is buggy but at least it doesn't completely fail. C'mon burrito boyz.

Love the food, but the app keeps rejecting my card, with no reason given. I emailed support, but i guess the app is hosted by another company and support tickets dont specify which app theyre being messaged about? It was a few years ago, but the support team was so incredibly rude. I just come in and order, but the app doesnt work for me :(
