2025-01-16 | Pathetic service. Video kyc repeatedly failing. On submitting all documents for account closure they say that account cannot be closed and they dismiss the ticket. They just don't want to return the money | ||

2024-12-04 | What's a pathatic application user experience. 1- Redirecting to random places 2- Some times no option to come back. 3- Fetching data very slow. 4- Click on Fund Transfer you will get 2 radio buttons, but does not matter what you select, it will not change at all. 5- Allowed to save UPI but not showing the beneficiary. But. Customer support is good, but at the end they request to mail the problem. But at least they r available and listen you. Developer team is not worth a single penny. | ||
2024-12-01 | I've misunderstood that before. But SBM Bank India has many options & jobs too for freshman workers. Now I have both job & community consulting conglomerate company in Vizag. The SBM Bank India has just saved me by enabling the loan given by Government bank. Now I have saved my SBM Bank India savings account also which gives maximum transaction value in terms of forex. Actually Bank account is a form of Social security for either worker employed or employee working in any part of globe. | ||

Need transaction history(passbok) feature, needs my address details feature, view my nominee feature, other online features such as opt in for email alerts, order cheque book etc etc. Needs serious development work by by app development team and bank system backend team | ||
2024-09-10 | Be aware of SBM Bank! I didn't know this Bank / didn't even heard of this Bank until I discovered from my Credit report that there was an active CREDIT CARD in my name issued by this bank. Later on I checked my Credit report from various platforms to confirm it and I was shocked to see that it was true and the card was actually being used. So users be aware of this bank, check if you too have a Credit card without your concern. | ||

2024-08-24 | Unable to open the app today. Crashed upon loading the app. Tried uninstall and reinstall the app, nothing worked. This Issuue got resolved after turning off the developer options. Please show a message to the user to understand the issue instead of crashing the app. | ||
2024-08-23 | Applied due to Niyo partnership but got stuck with worst bank. 1. Benefits offered last 1 Quarter. 2. Phone support refers you to send email for solution. 3. Email support fails to address, understand or resolve issues. 4. You are required to get a secured card via FD which gives you lower interest rates by 1-2% versus others. Moreover, you are required to face call drops, deliberate hang-ups to add-on to the pathetic experience. **BIG NO AS A RECOMMENDATION** |
