Two reviews: 1) while using the app, the account holder should access his balances for free. This is a standard practice across all the banks, including microfinances. Even if it is your source of NII, make it kes. 5 or lower. 2) Integrate the mobile transfer services with merchant payment options. E.g. integrate money transfer via mpesa to include lipa na mpesa options too. Otherwise, you have a very poorly developed mobile app.
