Tried to create a new account in the app. Had to try the KYC process 3 times to upload my ID. Then it was time to upload the tax slip (E1). Uploaded the PDF 5 times, and each time it failed to pass the verification, at which point it locked my account. I called HelpDesk where I was informed that I had to book a visit to a physical branch to complete the process because my account could not be unlocked. If you're a new customer, go straight to the bank, and don't bother with this app.

I had push notifications enabled, but there was a fraudulent purchase without me ever been prompted to authorize by the app. And now I am on phones cancelling cards running to the bank and trying to make claims to get my money back a procedure lasting 2 months , because the app does not work as it should
