I will close that bank account because Mobile App is not working properly every time they said, please try again later. 3rd class bank and service. I will close my account from Samba Bank. It's better to use Bank Alhabib account. Really. I am fadeup with Samba Bank & his App. |

Even the website is poor performing and slowest on the planet. Full of bugs and glitches. Please fix this ASAP or we shall transfer to other banks. | 2024-11-11 |  | | For those facing login issues as of 26 August. Either rest your password or set up a new account through registration. Try from desktop like i did and it worked. Helpline suggested this and it works. But still app closed within 3 minutes and it is still as not fast as competitors. |

I had transferred 3 payments in 3 days and all are hold in samba due to unknow error. My suggestion to all don't waste your money and especially time to create the account in Lumber1 bank. |

| 2024-09-07 |  | | The layout is good, but there are too many bugs, some of which are mentioned below. Logout fails most of the time. Automatically disabled BioMetric. After fund transfer within own relationship balances did not get updated. If refreshing the page manually, then a single transaction duplicates thrice and reflects in transaction history. Add. reflects incorrectly. While using mobile upload, limit reflects at the time of submit instead of having s simple note of minumum amount requirements Etc. |
