| 2024-06-09 |  |  | Useless app 😡😡if you don't provide delivery till 10 kms then what is the use ?? I really hate this app. Just close this company... I live in Jamtha which is 15 kms away from Nagpur they call me and say we don't deliver there.. I don't like this delivery app. Take 100 or 200₹ for delivery charges but deliver it to my address. |

It has always been useful when it comes to online shopping of groceries although I have never tried placing order for vegetables but it sure must be good as they provide you best quality groceries. I even order milk, curd and paneer from this platform and I have always received it of best quality. |

Overall my experience with kifayat online is all about providing best grocery home delivery services. Prior to using this app I used to go to shops and buy groceries but due to my busy schedule I switched to kifayat online and glad to use this app. |

| 2020-10-03 |  | | Products are good quality and good in budget. But service wise very poor. There customer service center just listens to you and says we will work on it but nothing happens. We have to call them thrice and follow up but still issues don't get resolved. If you order products with less expiry like bread paneer dahi etc they send products which is expiring next day. Also timing wise they are not particular and send products late with respect to the selected time slot |
