Feb 2023 and you still have not updated your so! I can't change the volume on the app. Can't check the battery level either! Please update it! Thank you. Please update your app! Can't even change the up and down volume on it. Also can't do something as simple as checking the battery status! Basically a worthless app taking up space on my phone! Please update it for the newer phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. Guess I will have to uninstal it soon since it doesn't work!

Horrible horrible horrible. 30 years of hearing aids never had a problem till these and this app. For over $5, 000 of hard earned money in this economy this is a sever let down. And if I exchange my hearing aids for a different model I get a hefty restock fee. Do better. I cant adjust if I have bluetooth connected, volume adjustments are horrendous and not very responsive, I get errors more than it works. I have a severe loss and this greatly impacts me
