| 2024-06-15 |  |  | Has anyone found this new app as non user friendly? If zero was a rating option, I will definitely rate this new app zero. It lags, gives you blank pages when you select a recipient or country, it adds in parts the contact number of new recipients. It's an absolute disaster. You can't just make a transaction with it. I now use other apps since this app is all out to frustrate you. |

They provided an option to log in with ID document and phone number previously used to gain access anew, but one can't even type document country or choose a country in the box provided. absolutely frustrating. I just uninstalled the app and focus on other apps that won't stress my life |

| 2023-10-28 |  | | After paying in Woolworth through Easypay reference, which their app generated. The receiver didn't get the money. I contacted these useless people, and they asked me for proof. I sent the proof of payment. The next day, the receiver still haven't received the money. They are unprofessional, giving you nonchalant answers. Never again will I use this but you have to pay me my money. You have no idea what reviews could do to a company. |

When I call support, the response is unprofessional and say they're waiting for Ozow to clear the money. They don't even listen to the customer. I hope the transaction clears. Then after I'll stop using the app. Bollocks!! Update: After proving that Ozow doesn't keep the money and sending them proof of payment that the money was in their account, they refunded me. Stressful. |

After signing in with my banking details, the app requires you to vilidate the transaction by signing in to the standard bank account using the QR Code. How can one scan a QR code of the bank on the same device that he/she is transacting on? Please look into this and sort it out! |

When i ask n give them the prove the money did reach the are telling me .. we are waiting for feedbck from finacial department for almost two weeks now .. no feedbck .. The customet service must be improve We trust them with our cash ..bt the dont take the full responsibilty .. |
