ENTIRE system is messed up-online & the app! It's randomly kicking me out of surveys, "disqualifying" me with no explanations, drops surveys midway & won't let me finish! Is this a scam or what? I do product testing & surveys & take it very seriously! I'm asked to take a survey & it just buffers, online & on app! I'm NOT getting paid for the surveys I am completing & that's not a good sign! This ain't my 1st rodeo, BBB will be notified if not handled & fixed-app & online, please! I GIVE MY TIME!

I always have trouble finishing the surveys. The page either does not load, endlessly loads, or there's an error halfway through. Trying to complete the surveys via web browsers is the same.
