Still one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. Have to reset my password almost every single time and the biometric options never work.

I just wish there was an option to recover your username. I KNOW my password. I got a new phone and tried to look at what it was on the old one, but it blocks out the last few letters and theres no way to see it even when logged in. I'll get around to calling the bank eventually, but it is inconvenient

I have had to resety password 5 time since I started this mobil banking because the app is always locking me out for no reason. I never tried to log in to many time. For some reason when I open the app it will have me complete logged out and lock my account. I am running out of password ideas as it will not let me use an old one. It's is hard enough to remember all the passwords I have for all my accounts let alone having to create a new one for this app 2- 3 times a year.

Its pretty simple and easy to use but with that there's not alot you can do on the app besides setting up alerts, checking your balances and making transfers. For the most part you have to use the website to do anything else so its a little hassle.

New 2 factor authentication is a big FAIL! Doesn't take into account that more than one person might need to login from their phone: for example, my husband and I share the bank accounts, but we can only set his number OR mine for the code. That's fine if we both are in the same location, but is really screwed up when we are not; the code goes to his phone when I try to login on my phone or our home computer......I can't (and shouldn't have to) call him each time I want to look at our accounts.

This app has come long ways in many ways and has definitely improved. Haven't had any issues in months. Please keep it updated and keep innovating. Bank apps are becoming far to important these days to let fall behind especially when a lot of people rarely take cash with them anywhere anymore.

When it works its ok, atleast 2 days a week the app refuses to log in, keeps saying credentials are not recognized. When it does work, you can manage everything fairly well but was definitely alot better when it was riverview bank.

Mobile Deposit is literally the most cumbersome experience ever. I had a deposit fail 3 times, even though it was submitted and properly endorsed. I don't have these issues with any other mobile banking app.

Mid penn back just bought River view. We just have our mortgage with them and they can't read their simple payment statement. They have been applying our principle payment to our interest. This is grade school addition and subtraction and they can't do it correctly! Stay away from this bank for your banking needs.
