2023-12-13	Brian	App Has Bug(s). Tried using the app after a couple of weeks, and it does not work. A notification screen popped up that says the app has a bug and to check back. I deleted and then reinstalled the app, and it still does not work. Ridiculous.
2023-10-03	A Google user	Not only is there still an interminably long splash screen with the logo, but the app functionality is actually worse now. If I've been logged into WiFi at any point since my last phone restart, and try to use the app even with 5 bars of 4G signal (and every other app functioning correctly), this app tells me that I have no internet connectivity and I have to restart my phone to make it work. If I log into a WiFi and then log out again, it does the same thing every time.
2023-05-05	X Ski	They did an "update", now I can't get into my accounts and customer service??? Isn't American any more! They outsourced it to India and you literally cannot understand the people that pick up the phone to try to "help". Was all American based before, seriously thinking about closing my accounts because of this. The fact that I had to wait on the phone almost an hour to speak to someone I couldn't even understand, was very disappointing.
2023-03-07	Corey	This App needs a huge Change with it's unprofessional user interface/Appearance. This looks like a Fail College Student going for App development was looking to make some quick $$$ on the weekend & came up with this Mess. Very easy to navigate throughout the App to find important information referring to your account. easy Payment & transfer option that feels super sketchy. Every time you use it. due to the fact the app barely works half the time with anything it offers as "easy Services". 🤦
2022-11-25	Patrick Steele	This app serves my needs perfectly. Transactions made with debit card purchases show up immediately, and automatically are applied to balances. I can view previous transaction history, for a couple of months. There may be more the app could do for others, but as for myself, its simple and quick.
2022-07-27	Death.ly_hollow 7	It's a decent app, there is alot of bugs but it works ok an having a app to transfer things is nice, but the bugs have gotten out of control an it's a lucky day if the app even works or lets me see my bank info, it's a nuisance
2022-04-01	Bethanie Kramer	It works most of the time. Sometimes it sits on the name screen and never over. Setimes it just won't open. But when it works, it's great. Love that they finally added mobile deposit.
2022-03-29	Lady Tao	App is not working after their update on 3/15/22. When tried to open, there's a message that says it violates security rules. It is completely unusable. Cannot use the check deposit feature anymore. I have a Samsung Note 10+. I was contacted by the developer, but they couldn't do anything to fix it. Very disappointing.
2022-03-18	don rynkowski	Love M1 and the mobile app for years now. But I'd like to see M1 provide an option for me to view a more detailed breakdown of balances and transfers on all acounts with my mobile (android) app. Even if it means having to take a second step of accessing my full details, by having to create a new SEPERATE password, in order to access further details. This option is not there on the M1 app. Thanks!
