I was a customer using this app because I was able to order products that I loved back in my home country. However, over time I saw the products that I was ordering was not the same as that being delivered and upon calling the customer care for replacement of the wrong products/ refund for the wrong products, that would always say that the refund would happen by tonight or we will send your replacement by today, but they never did. Refund policy and replacement of is absolute trash.
