Every time they update this thing, they make it harder and harder to use the app. You can't find where the win loss statement is anymore you're looking all over the place for missing things that should be there. simple things don't even work on the app. 👎. The only thing good about this app is using a digital key to get into your room. But you're not able to find restaurants anymore, or relevant searches for MGM properties. what I hate about hired techies? They remove functionality.

Whatever Whatever, 2024-12-02The app is fine - is what it is as far as a rewards app goes. Slight critiques on it: there is no option for dark mode in the app for those with light sensitivity. The app also could really benefit from an interactive map to navigate MGM Grand - you can get lost pretty easily and there isn't very many map kiosks set up.
