| 2022-09-23 |  | | The app is terrible including their banks awful customer service in their banks, force to change passwords every 4 months, their website to check your account is so missing so many things compared to a national bank, constantly having issues, charging $2 for monthly statements now, closing branches, limited bank hours, tech support is not vailable after hours, closed Saturdays, staff are not friendly compared to other banks in town and so on. Ive never been happy with using Pacific Premier Bank |
