2024-05-14 | I received an email from MidFirst today touting a new MidFirst Bank Business Mobile App. The link in the email took me to Google Play's page for MidFirst's personal banking app called MidFirst Bank Mobile. Yes, their email linked to the wrong app. Also, the app is just called Business. No mention of the bank name or banking just 'Business' so if you search your apps for 'MidFirst' or 'banking' nothing comes up. Don't get me started on the random 7 digit Company ID number you have to remember. | ||

2023-08-10 | I am now wishing I had checked these reviews prior to setting up a business checking account at Midfirst. It is an absolute nightmare to check my balance. Every two or three times I try to log in, it thinks I'm on a new device and requires me to enter a code that it texts to me. This has been the case on two different phones on two different carriers, as I recently switched. The text messages are either very delayed, or never come through. Not looking forward to the paperwork to switch banks. | ||
2023-07-26 | As described by so many others, the new update is horrible. It doesn't remember your ID, it doesn't remember your bio, it doesn't remember anything. Was great for a couple years and then it went down hill a couple months ago. SMH! | ||

The app, it really is as bad as the reviews state. The 2, 5⭐ star reviews, just trolls. You're stuck using the web app to do anything. If you need mobile deposit, you won't find it here😔 | ||
