Will not allow you to log in using your finger print consistently. It will make you log in using your credentials and enroll you phone number even though print ID is activated.

The app works great for a while, and then every time you try to get on, you have to put in all your information and start all over again. Horrible app, tech should be fired.

Glitchy - doesn't always take deposits. Logs out unexpectedly sometimes. Forces frequent password changes - no way to change that. Low deposit limits. No ways to make payments to others (Venmo or Zelle).

App needs a lot of work. Biometric scanner works for a time and forces validation. Once that happens and a new password is set, the app must be uninstalled and reinstalled. Biometric scanner only works for so long.

Can't pay any bills, can't transfer to another customer, won't let me see end money to another bank, transactions take 24 hours to show up on app. This app is decades behind most bank apps.

Works fine; except that I can no longer log in to the app with biometrics. Every time I try, it reverts to asking for a typed password.

A Google user
I couldn't log in at all. Wouldn't save my username. The actual website is glitching right now, too. I've used on two devices so it's not the device...
