I've never submitted a review like this and will be happy to update it to 5 stars if this stuff gets fixed. #1 problem: it keeps signing me out and biometric login doesn't work. It doesn't access login info stored securely by Android OS, forcing me to enter company ID (can't ever remember this randomly assigned number) and password (I use secure random strings) each time. Other issue: can't use flash when photographing mobile deposits. Also distorts photos. |

They made a business app when the joint account app wasn't even a three and the quality has gotten. Only worse. It is so bad that I am closing my accounts. Money orders are more user friendly. |

| 2023-09-07 |  | | Occasionally difficult to deposit checks because app can't detect endorsement, otherwise, app is adequate 9/7/23 the stamp my employer provided was the problem. I now have no problems depositing customer checks. The only checks that I struggle with are those issues by the US Treasury. App does what I need :) |
