App not going well for me. I've never submitted a review like this and will be happy to update it to 5 stars if this stuff gets fixed. #1 problem: it keeps signing me out and biometric login doesn't work. It doesn't access login info stored securely by Android OS, forcing me to enter company ID (can't ever remember this randomly assigned number) and password (I use secure random strings) each time. Other issue: can't use flash when photographing mobile deposits. Also distorts photos.

Selecting the finger print log in option is a waste of time and being forced to authenticate your account is why. They made a business app when the joint account app wasn't even a three and the quality has gotten. Only worse. It is so bad that I am closing my accounts. Money orders are more user friendly.

App does not save my user name and ID after i push save. It resets. Then constantly has me re-enroll my my number once signed on.

Occasionally difficult to deposit checks because app can't detect endorsement, otherwise, app is adequate 9/7/23 the stamp my employer provided was the problem. I now have no problems depositing customer checks. The only checks that I struggle with are those issues by the US Treasury. App does what I need :)

I love the people that yall employee, but other then that I wouldn't bank their. You bank is behind in time and it's very frustrating. It's 2023 almost 2024!!
