2024-11-01 | Trash. For every one time I can access my account, there's another 10-15 times it tells me to update, which cases a crash on the app. | ||
2024-10-09 | Can't do external transfers on the app, constantly have to turn my pin code back on, and now I don't get any notifications when my card is used. Seriously considering transferring my money to Broadview FCU and closing my Pioneer account. | ||
2024-04-02 | I have spent the past 30 minutes trying to use the mobile deposit, but it "can't find the endorsement". It is clear as day, but I constantly run into this issue! Given the actual bank hours are not realistic to anyone who works a 9-5 job, someone needs to fix this. | ||

2023-10-16 | Fingerprint sign in doesn't work, Pin code sign is has stopped working, device continously becomes disenrolled in mobile banking so I have to go through the whole enrollment process every third time I sign in. Can't make external transfers from the app. It's only use is to check a quick balance and internal transfer and even that can be done quicker on web browser at this point. Used to be a great app but steadily has gotten worse with time. | ||
2023-10-04 | App frequently stops working. Have had for years, and consistently have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work. Also, I have to sign in with user name and password regardless of choosing "remember me" or "fingerprints" removes my pass code as well. I have called more then once over this same issue. This is extremely inconvenient and upsetting. I expect better. | ||
2023-09-09 | Constantly not remembering my sign in information/finger print sign in, have to re put information back in, wait for them to text me a code to make sure it's me, then continue to ask me to input my phone number to sign up (although I was just texted and this is approximately the 50th time I've done this). Once inside, although the finger print sign in option is still activated, you have to turn it off then back on again. I'm really hoping someone from the company sees this and fixes this. | ||
2023-07-31 | Fingerprint login works for a few days and then goes back to requiring you to put in your ID and password then get a text verification and then provide your cell phone number. It must be uninstalled and reinstalled to work again. This is a very poorly written app. | ||
2023-07-06 | I no longer receive notifications of any kind even though notifications are enabled and have been enabled since I first installed it! Also, every time the app updates it resets my un and password and pin. Please fix the notification issues! | ||
