2025-02-04 | Unable to do anything but view accounts and internal transfers
2025-02-03 | I've been using the EDS App for years and find it easy and very compatible with even my newest Android phones. Fingerprint reader is flawless, money moves are instant, and the app has good functionality compared to full-spectrum online access in my browser. Great app - best out there! Thanks ElDorado Savings!
2025-02-01 | Easy to navigate and I like it. Nothing negative to say about app
2024-06-23 | After this latest update, I can't get into my account on the mobile app. I can log in from my laptop just fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.....but I can't get it to work....so for this reason alone I dropped the rating. Been using the app for years with my phone and never had a problem until now.
2023-10-31 | Used to work wonderfully, now I need to "re-authenticate" each time I open the app. No fingerprint compatibility anymore, and intermittently requires I have a code sent to my phone to login. Transfers do go through immediately, though.
2023-10-02 | I have so much trouble with this app over the past few months!!! It will not allow fingerprint login. And it refuses to continue after entering password. The only way to (sometimes) get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall. Getting old.
2023-09-05 | TRASH APP, frequently needs to be re-installed and can't recognize the cell number of the phone being used?! Frustrating. And judging by past reviews, this isn't a new issue, nor do the devs seem to care, or they're just incompetent. Please, El Dorado Savings, dump this developer and get a new app. I just "enrolled" for about the 10th time and set up fingerprint access. The next time I logged in...."need authentication". Faster to use online banking through web browser. Pass this up
2023-06-29 | Getting better recognizing finger prints. We still need to be able to look at details of bill pay, income, checks. Thanks for getting better. The con on this app is regularly i need to update but the only way I can update is.by Uninstaller and reinstalling kinda a bummer. Also my finger recognition is constantly going away and I can only authenticate with my password. Again it would.be helpful to jave it work all the time
2023-06-15 | Update: literally the app sucks. I can't even log in with my password without the app deciding I've never logged in before. Worst bank app Stupid app resets itself all the time and half of the time I have to Uninstall and reinstall it just to access my accounts. Super inconvenient if you have a galaxy.
2023-05-08 | Overall the app is just ok, which I can live with. What I can't live with is constantly having to reinstall the app because it eventually just doesn't work right. Consistantly within a month of installing the app and using it almost daily it will decide I need to verify myself again with a text message and completely stop me from using my finger print even if I try to set it back up. Then after a week or so it will start consecutively forcing me to verify every time I try to log on. |
