2024-11-03	Tek aEvl	Error when attempting to open. Fails to connect or log in to Bank servers. This is the worst banking app ever. Never sends text to log in, does not let user update anything. Requires users to contact support in slowest ways possible. The positive reviews are bought by the devs.
2024-10-14	G07 Thunder	The bank app is good when it wprks but i noticed that it stopped showing me charge notifications when i bought things and now i have to open the app every now and then to see what is being charged to my account, i dont know if it is a technixal issue or if it can be resolved, i would appreciate it if they could help fix this issue of its something on my end
2024-05-13	Bardwinn Green	The size of this app was 26.4 gig! Slowing my phone to an unusable state. Even after clearing cache and data it's 16 gigs! What the hell is wrong with this app!
2023-09-20	Abdier Marrero	Terrible app. Constantly having to authenticate, have to authenticate again once in just to transfer money, and server is busy way too often. Now its telling me I need to update because the version is obsolete and there is no update available. Wow. Then it tells me I can't use it because it needs updated, and I click update it brings me to the playstore where there is no update available. Uninstalling and re-installing didn't help either! Super frustrating!
2023-09-06	keyona wooten	Constantly logs me out and makes me reenter information EVERY time, never saves the user name even if the box is checked. Always has a notice that says "Authentication Required" when opening the app. Also, the fingerprint scanner never works. I'd give zero stars. This app really took a piss over the last few years. Don't waste your time.
2023-08-21	w From iowa	Have to re enroll and go through security which renders the app inefficient for quick inquiries or transactions. Every time it forgets my credentials so I go through a lengthy process nearly everytime I open the app

Main issue is after the first day your user ID is gone even after selecting the "remember ID" and even signing up for the use biometrics (fingerprint) inside the app it doesn't work after the first time. Another issue is that when you type in the password when the CAPs are chosen, it immediately changes back to small letters. SNB IA APP is the only one it happens on. (Update) Issues still continue, but now I do not receive a txt message for the code, so I can't get signed in.

2023-03-12	Kristy Lyons	Alot of problems with this app. Biometrics resets the long in way to often and about every 2 months I have to Uninstall and re install because it glitches and won't let you log in.
2023-02-02	Sky So Few	It has a lot of problems for a bank app in 2023. The fingerprint rarely works and I've been having an issue where every time I sign up, it won't let me sign back in. It constantly says the network is busy. I have to un and reinstall.
