Why is the password required at every sign in? I activate the pin code and/or security fingerprint, yet this app continuously requires the password as though I have never set up all of the features. It is a complete nuisance. Brand new headquarters - state of the art building but this simple app is still lackluster. Update: A year later and it still requires me to "enroll" as though I've never used the app before. It continuously signs me out, still. There have been no upgrades to the app.

LaKesha Foote, 2023-12-13Edit one year later... STILL Horrible app. I have to log in and log out several times so I'll stop getting stupid in-house ads every time the app updates. The servers don't work a lot of the time. Randomly stopped getting notifications. Terrible app. For something that needs to be as secure and as functional as a banking app, this thing fails at everything.
