I've never had any real problems. However, trying to sign in last night & this morning took many hours to accomplish. I kept receiving an error message. Next, the code necessary to complete the action took FOREVER reaching my phone after literally two dozen tries. Please fix your mobile sign-in! Way beyond irritating when a transfer of emergency funds is crucial! You can do better, Midfirst.

I've used midfirst for years. It was okay when I was in college, but it's gotten so bad that I can barely use the app at all. Its constantly kicking me, takes forever to load, so many glitches. I end up having to use the desktop version, and that platform looks like they havent updated it since '95. I really have begun to hate using this bank and will be switching asap.

No matter what I do, logging in is set up as if it's my first time. Input password, choose between a code text to my phone or answering several security questions, if I choose code it wants to verify my number first, and then send a code. For about a week once, my passcode worked, then it reverted back to this method. It's annoying. Edit: the number given was invalid and I have been unable to get ahold of anyone who can help. The problem persists and now it keeps just force-quitting after every

INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE - used to be a good app until recently. I updated. I cleared the cache. I uninstalled. I restarted my phone. I reinstalled the app. And it still won't let me make more than one transaction before locking up! And please don't tell me to call or write your troubleshooting dept. BECAUSE THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. I will close out my acct and endure the extreme aggravation of switching banks. Then I'll make it my mission to post MidFirst reviews wherever I can.

Recently opened an account here. Always see billboards about this being the best bank. I had high hopes. One would think they'd have a better app and online banking for being such a good bank? So frustrating. Fingerprint log in broken again wants me to enter password. Can't remember it because i was using fingerprint awhile. have to go thru a whole genetic blood identity process of questions and answers. Also can't order debit card. I HATE this app enough to make me hassle with switching banks.

Im not receiving transaction notifications. I've called support and they were no help. I check all of my setting and notifications are on. Stop messing with the app if you guys can't properly update it correctly and that causes us to suffer for it. *UPDATE* They are releasing a new app and their employees have it right now and that one supposedly works better. Why not give us the new app now? I've reset everything multiple times and still no transaction notifications

This is the worst banking app that I've ever used. There is always problems signing in. It's better to go to the website. But, it should be easy to get into this app and quickly check my balance or see if something has or had not posted. But, no, it's not. Yesterday, I could not get in at all. Today is fine. 12/17/23 FINALLY getting notifications! No idea why. Changed nothing. BUT the constant reseting is a pain. EDIT 9/20/24 All of a sudden, NO ALERTS It happened after an update. I'm mad.

I have had the app for a while with no major issues and then all of a sudden I stopped receiving notifications when my debt card gets used. I have tried uninstalling, I have tried clearing the data, I have tried resetting my phone and nothing has worked. So until this is fixed my review is 2 stars.

In the beginning I never had problems with the app. But lately for the past 6 months to a year all I have is problems. It's always giving me a hard time logging in. When I try to hit a capital letter it changes it to lowercase before I get a chance to hit the letter therefore I keep having to reset my password because I can't get my capital letters into the password. The zelle won't let me sell anybody it just keeps spinning. Not sure what has changed, but it has been more frustrating lately.

I've had this app for years. There have been minor improvements over the years, however there's a lack of functionality and the app is clunky to navigate. The online website is somehow even worse though. Other banking apps are much easier to navigate and are visually easier to function. Additionally, intermitteng issues with launching the app even with updated versions.
