    This app hasn't worked well for a while, like well over a year. Why NOW won't Zelle completely load? I can't Zelle in 2025 on this app? Sheesh.

    Even though I have all alerts set, app will only notify me of withdrawals a few times before it stops notifying me altogether. The app before the merger was much better and I don't understand why they downgraded so much.

    Constant problems. Can't do anything. Says update required every time I open it. Then it flashes banc of California 50 times. Good job.

    Since the merger, I deleted the old app, signed into the new mobile app, but after a frustrating hour and then "customer service " by phone, I am told that the ability to make a mobile deposit of a check which was easily accomplished with the old app, you now have to physically go a branch to get that set up. What??? I am a longtime customer and this is an absurd inconvenience.

    Why would you roll out a new app without a function to recover account information since everyone has to log in again. Smh. OMG and I get an email saying I'm locked out of my account and to reach out to the bank, yet no contact information is provided. Absolutely awful experience
