This app constantly crashes, loses connection randomly; then when its restarted it will tell you that your version is incompatible and needs to be updated. Which the only way to "fix" this is to uninstall the app and then re download and start over. Fix this garbage.

Terrible app I don't know why it gives you an option to set up a passcode when you still have to put in your text message and phone number code every time to relog in most difficult banking app to access I've ever dealt with

Terrible app. Won't let me use my fingerprint to log in anymore. Have been locked out of the account several times and have to call in to have it reset. Edit 4/15/24: This app is still awful. Have been locked out of my account again! Now when I call in to have them get me back in to the account, they can't even find my account! Horrible app, horrible bank! DO NOT USE IN BANK!!!!!!!!!!!

A poorly app. Seems to work half the time. And when it doesn't work the only advice that can be given from the bank is to un install and re install. Found out that the app is by a 3rd party company so the bank associates can't help. And reaching the IT department is impossible. Thinking of switching Banks cause of how poorly the app does.

Probably the worst banking app I have. At least once a week, logs me off to where I have to use my full login and pw. It's been like this ever since it became InBank. If it wasn't for personal reason to keep an account open, would close the account and never look back. Maybe the software techs need to really delve deep into this situation and fix it. There are quite a number of elderly that use this app as well, that just use their fingerprint or pin code. Let's see if we can fix this!

Good when it acts right. Constantly having to reenter username and password despite having quick access enabled, and when I log in I have to verify my phone number, its getting annoying.

Totally professional banking app,not easy to use,but IF you want your dollars protected 24/7from prying eyes, its that 1 more tedious step 2 access our account and while some BANKS are asleep at 1AM DUE TO 800# ACCESS OPTION HERE,NO CLEVER CON IS GETTING IN 1 MINUTE AFTER DAYS CLOSING, AND TOLD CALL IN MORNING, PERSISTANT CALLERS ON 3 TRIES WILL BE SHUTDOWN. ANOTHER CON ATTEMPT.GREAT JOB,MY DOLLARS ARE STILL SAFE! INBANK SAYS WE DUE OUR PART AND ITS UP TO YOU 2 U 2 Do YOUR PART!

Been relogging into the app over and over again asks to verify through phone sends text then next page asks to re-enroll the same phone app needs alot of work it has been out for a great deal of time now how have these bugs not been fixed come on people when the app does log in everything works great within the app it just doest want to remember users or fingerprints or passcodes

Worst app ever. Every time I go to check my balance, I have to enter all of my information and have to reenroll with my phone number and wait for a txt message with a code. And it never remembers my fingerprint ID.

I haven't even been able to log in through this in months. Do developers even read these to see what needs fixing. Update: and now the app won't even load the log in screen. Three days it's been out.
