This app has never consistently been user friendly. At least 4x/mo I get notices, when I try to use it, that it needs an update; I click the link, get routed to the app store, and there is never an option to update it. This continues on for a day or two and then just suddenly disappears. In the meantime I can't see what's going on with my account. So frustrating.

App consistently drops out login information. Get a "user authentication" required error. Reenter logon info and app won't hold it. The only way to stop it is to uninstall and reinstall. Within a couple of days, the same thing again. Reported to the bank's IT department multiple times. Customer at the bank for 40+ years and seriously considering moving every single account over this issue. Sad they just don't seem to care to fix.
