8/15/24 UPDATE- app won't even open. It appears to start, then immediately crashes. I uninstalled/re-installed, got to the sign-in screen, and then it crashed again, presenting the same error message. This is unacceptable technical support for a bank of this size. 9/15/22 - this app never works. Maybe 1/2 of the time, if you're lucky and the stars have aligned

This is by far the worst banking app I've ever used. It crashed nearly daily, I've had to uninstall it multiple times to be able to use the biometrics and then they break a few days later anyway. My balance is never totally right and changes with the wind. If there was a PNC closer to me, it would be worth it based just on the app functionality to switch. This app makes keeping S&T difficult at times.
