Update: Has been fixed! Thank you! Set up the fingerprint code and then stops working. Its extremely annoying to go through this often.

This time using it was much better than I remember the last time. One thing I would ask is to put in a faq on how to access the Zelle function. The last time I looked for it, I gave up after 45 minutes of trying to send someone some money. I wound up using PayPal Thanks

I've been with a bank for well over 5 years.. this app used to work fine I would get notifications, and would be able to login no problems however for the past year I have to constantly re input my credentials fingerprint reader doesn't work notifications don't work and honestly if a bank cannot manage and develop a usable mobile app maybe it shouldn't have my business..

I truly love banking with Plains Capital. I was a Chase Private banking customer/client, and they treated me like a number. Here, they have a similar program for customers with six and seven figure balances, and at my branch, they treat everyone the same. It's ONLY because of my adulation for the bank and my banker that I deal with the horrible APP!! I am posting this review, hoping it reaches someone new! PlainsCapital FIX YOUR MOBILE APP! CHASE & BOA have great mobile apps. Copy or get ideas!!

I've been with Plains for 12 years, and the most infuriating thing about them is the mobile app. It NEVER saves my login information, even with my fingerprint set to log in, or the pin login. This wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't need to "enroll" for mobile banking every time I logged in. I also have to have a code sent to my phone in order for them to let me login. It's very annoying, especially if I just need to quickly look at my balance. The app has been like this for years.

Every time I try to log on using my fingerprint, I get an "Attention: Authorization required" pop-up. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. It worked twice, and then it went back to the pop-up. Other than this, I was able to complete my transactions.
