| 2024-01-03 |  | | I have to constantly re-download this app. I would love to be able to sign in and just use my fingerprint. However, after a few times of getting to do so, it will ask me to authenticate, and I have to go through the whole process of logging in, getting the security code, enrolling my phone number, etc. This app is supposed to make checking my accounts and such easier, right? 1/2/24 - Is there any update on this by chance? |
| 2023-12-30 |  | | 12-30-23 app still isn't working properly 9-23-23 still not fixed. Not good at all. 9-1-23 still javing issues Uninstall/reinstall every day or 2. Please...its been months. Fix the app. I have to uninstall about once a month. Thought the bugs were fixed? 4-27-23 It's getting worse. Almost embarrassing 5-24-23 and the app is still bad. ***UPDATE *** 7-23-23. App is still not good. 3 months later, no change. Fix the app please! |
| 2023-12-11 |  | | What everyone else is saying. The sign-in process of this app seems to get worse by the day, if that is even possible. There's clearly an issue with 2 people in the same household having the app on their individual phones. It seems to cancel the other person's sign-in info completely out. We find ourselves uninstalling and reinstalling this app on the regular. Will this EVER be fixed? 12/23 update - bug fix updates have solved nothing. |
| 2023-11-28 |  | | Horrible App, for over a year I constantly have to keep enrolling my info on this app as it only works 1 out of 20 trys with a pass code. Customer service can never figure it out nor can anyone at a branch they just say to uninstall the app from the phone and reinstall it and I should only have to enroll once... yet it keeps happening over and over. Clearly I'm not the only one and they yet have managed to fix it. I will switch banks soon over this daily headache that is time consuming everyday. |
| 2023-05-18 |  | | Continually having issues with this app, it will work okay for awhile and then I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times before it will remember my credentials. I submitted communication with a detailed rundown of my issues as well as make/model /versions of OS and app, carrier info to open a ticket and was told they're aware of the issues and have been unable to fix them so far. This has been going on for several months, and I'm considering changing banks, as this is so unreliable. |
| 2023-04-04 |  | | ** EDIT after 2023 update ** App continues to make me re-enter credentials and re-authenticate endlessly and randomly. It worked for a week, but I've had to authenticate 3 times in the last 2 days. There's nothing worse for an app like this than jumping through hoops and texts for 2 minutes when you just want to check a balance. |

| 2022-12-25 |  | | Works fine for about a day the. Everytime you open it states theres a network problem. I delete and re-download and it fine for another few days. This app is just horrible an unfortunately i might have to switch banks. Mobile banking is a must |
| 2022-12-09 |  | | The app makes you enroll about every 2 days like it's a new download. Or if I got to a new section it makes you re-enroll again. It's not great but not terrible either it overall does the job Update: This app has actually gotten worse!!! Now it wont even connect to a network and the app crashes all the time. I have re installed this app about 5 times now. It will work for about 2 days then back to retry network. Horrible!! I would changed this to 0 stars but 1 is generous!! |
