Works for a while, then, I end up unistalling and re-install this app. My original review back in 2021 applies in 2023. Now, it's December 2024, and I have to enroll again? I try to, but it says my information is correct. I think I know my name and SSN. I have to use the website to look at my account. I would give this app -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Login with fingerprint doesn't work right. Constant error of "Authentication required" Edit: 4 years later, same issue. Plus sending a security code to the phone I'm already using the app on is rather foolish.

It's a great app other than the fact that it a pain when you use a Pin or Thumb print instead of having to type your password, Authorization is always required. So you can't use pin or thumb print after a couple of log ins. It's kind of annoying. And you can't use saved passwords either.

App barely does what it's supposed to. I have to re-register my device everytime I log on. After it sends a confirmation text to my phone number it asks me to update my phone number everytime. Fingerprint sign on doesn't work. I'm hoping with the upcoming merger we get a better app or it might be time to switch to a credit union.

The app isn't reliable. The account info is accirate but accessing is frustrating. I constantly have to reinput my credentials even though I've set it up with biometric access. Sometimes it doesn't even recognize that I'm enrolled on the app and I have to set it up over and over again.... frustrating.

Switching banks because of this app. It's never working properly and I have go find a desktop to use. Current issue (happened last week, now again) is it says it needs to be updated but there's no update available. Uninstalling and reinstalling worked last time, but even that doesn't work anymore. Total waste of time.

App never remembers your credentials, fingerprint information, and for a out a year or more, notifications stopped working. I have debit card notifications turned on and nothing is sent ever. Now when I go to setting and try turn it on, I click save, go back and the setting is turned off. Silly that this never works, such a simple app and there are always issues.

This app barely functions. It never remembers login information or if you've enabled biometrics, it constantly asks you to opt in to using the app despite using it forever (which I wouldn't be surprised they do to goose the number of accounts using the app) and then if you're lucky it'll connect. I'm not giving it one star because when it does work it's a pretty nice banking app.
