| 2024-11-07 |  | | banks great, app useless for many. this app has randomly said I needed an update to use the service, though everything was updated. it happened over and over again, but closing and reopening the app would fix it eventually. now my phone broke, and I was forced to upgrade, and apparently new phones aren't compatible with the CCB app? there is absolutely no reason why this should be incompatible. I thought they had someone working on this, but it just gets worse |

Also every time you log in it asks if you want to enable a feature you don't want to and it resets every time you have to reinstall the app. I've talked to others with the app and they have the same experience. I'm honestly considering switching banks because the app is so inconvenient. Also it asks you to enroll in online banking every time so I have enrolled at least 20 times. |
