It's easy to make a mistake while typing a password because it's hidden. Please make it visible. Otherwise, it can time you out and block you out of the app.

I have to re-enter my credentials over and over again, add my phone number, and still get logged out every single time I sign in. Now it won't let me sign in at all because it says there's an update even though my app is up to date. So annoying.

Keeps crashing, keeps signing me out and no matter how many times I reverify my device it kicks me out. Have to Uninstall and reinstall multiple times because my information can not be authenticated. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

I almost want to dump this bank over this app. It's horrible. I constantly have to reenter my credentials and sign up for mobile banking. I have reinstalled the app three times, which helps for a bit, then it's right back. Someone needs to look into it. It's beyond frustrating.

I am so tired of having to re-enter credentials so often. Also, when viewing a transaction list, scrolling too fast causes user to have to re-enter credentials AGAIN! I did discover that clicking 'Cancel' works when asked for credentials during scrolling too fast through the transactions. But, overall, this app is very frustrating.

This app makes me re-enter my login details every time. Even though it supposedly remembers it, and you can see it, I still have to reenter it. It will not keep me logged in. It will not keep my fingerprint login active either. And the worst part is many times I have to redo my phone number even though it's supposedly already has my phone number in the system. This is just ridiculous. What's odd is Amarillo national Bank had this same problem years ago. And eventually they fixed it.

God I wish I could put negative stars, because this horrendous app doesn't even deserve ONE. This app and even the online website are both HORRIBLE. Every single time I need to access my account I am told that my password is incorrect even though I am certain I am using the correct password. The last time it happened to me I even wrote down the password after having to change it just in case and still the same outcome. It should never be this tedious to use online banking!

This app is very undependable, app not compatible need to update. When you go to app and start updating starts updates and nothing ever happens, message update is loading, you have to call their computer department to get it straightened out. UPDATE on this app. Found problem if you have a VPN you have to turn it off to log into this app.. I'll feel very unsafe and uncomfortable when my VPN is off.

Edit: I emailed you my ID. Positives: Some helpful staff. In app ability to see loan amount, account balance/transactions & ability to connect Zelle for money transfer. Negatives: The "remember password" feature doesn't work. No list of out of town ATMs. Misleading instructions for depositing checks in app. No option for details on account spending. First Bank Southwest will randomly put a "for your safety hold" on funds if you deposit a check, so be aware of these 30 day holds before banking.

Makes me rejoin online banking frequently. I use the mobile app for ease and convenience, but if I have to remember and enter passwords and codes sent to my phone then ease and convenience goes out the window.
