| 2024-11-14 |  | | This app is fine for viewing your account balances, but is very troublesome beyond that. It requires frequent password changes, which can be very bothersome. However, my biggest complaint is with the mobile check deposit portion of the app. It has great difficulty reading checks and comes back with multiple errors and will not allow deposit. I recently tried writing three different checks for deposit and none would work with the app. Bank's recommendation - pay to have the money wired. |

| 2023-05-05 |  | | Authentication required everytime i try to use the app. Fingerprint used to work very well, but not anymore. You have to wait for the text with the code and enroll almost every time you log in. |
