Yes I've had this app for 5 years and all of a sudden they changed everything the new version and now I can't get the app I have to buy a new phone according to them that my Android phone doesn't support this anymore what is up with this I am so disappointed with Community National Bank

I have un-installed and reinstalled this app twice now because of the new 10-31-2024 update. Then reverted to online website. As I can't seem to get mobile app to work correctly. I'm soo done with this. Frustrated extremely !!

Too many issues from login, to verification, yet I've been able to deal with it. Now, it says there's an update needed to use the app but there is not one when redirected to the app store and the issue persisted after deleting and reinstalling as well. Not having access to my account is not something I can or should have to handle.

The app isn't even working at all for me the last couple of days. Keeps saying the data network is unavailable. Everything else on my phone is working. And I have no updates to do. I didn't even see where to add a new review. Where do I go to do a check deposit?? I don't even see that option. Very irritating!!!!

App only works for a couple of cycles of logging in before it starts giving an error message. You then have to reinstall it or clear the data in the phones app management and go through the process of registering the phone for login again and again and again...

Would give it better star rating if the app would stop wiping out my username information every few days. Have contacted the bank about this issue & they said that the issue is with app & nothing that they have control on it doing that. They have issued a complaint about the issue. It is only happening to people with Android phones, not getting complaints from people with iPhones.

I used to love this app (I have used it for several years), but now I hate it! I used to be able to log in with my fingerprint; now it won't work at all and I have to log in by typing my user ID and password every time, enter a texted code and "re-enroll" about half of the time, or get "data network unavailable. Ridiculous! I have called and asked about the problem, and they just say to uninstall and reinstall the app. That works--for one or two logins, then it's back to the same problems.

If only you actually cared about fixing issues that are brought up. This app is integral to banking and it's a complete train wreck. No issues ever get fixed, and it is constantly crashing and breaking. Apparently to get a better app I need to get a better bank!

I am giving it 2 stars because it is still easier than going to the ATM and checking my balance that way. But I really enjoy that the app always decides to quit working when I need to pay my bills or transfer money. You would think with this many bad reviews something would be fixed. And here we are back a month later doing the same thing. Every month uninstall then reinstall just so I can log in
