Now, it says there's an update needed to use the app but there is not one when redirected to the app store and the issue persisted after deleting and reinstalling as well. Have contacted the bank about this issue & they said that the issue is with app & nothing that they have control on it doing that. They have issued a complaint about the issue. It is only happening to people with Android phones, not getting complaints from people with iPhones. |

I used to be able to log in with my fingerprint; now it won't work at all and I have to log in by typing my user ID and password every time, enter a texted code and "re-enroll" about half of the time, or get "data network unavailable. Ridiculous! I have called and asked about the problem, and they just say to uninstall and reinstall the app. That works--for one or two logins, then it's back to the same problems. |

But I really enjoy that the app always decides to quit working when I need to pay my bills or transfer money. You would think with this many bad reviews something would be fixed. And here we are back a month later doing the same thing. Every month uninstall then reinstall just so I can log in |
