And when you inevitably forget it you get locked out, and the only way to reset it is by either calling the bank, or entering all your info that you may or may not have on hand, and then you must come up with a whole new password that isn't one of the last 10. |

| 2023-08-31 |  | | FIX THE FRIGGIN APP FOR FRICKS SAKE! How many times do I need to sign in?! I don't get ANY notifications. It works for a week then it makes me sign in over and over. What's the point of an app that you can't use?! I have called and I'm just tired of doinkin with it. Update: 2.5 months later...worked fine til it didn't. Had to sign-in, link my phone (after I got a text to the same # u already had), do a little dance and pray to the app gods...3x in the last 2 days. It's workin so well now... |

Fix this or stop offering fingerprint login. I am very angry, for two years of faith that you'll resolve this!! Every time I go through the trouble to set up my fingerprint it works for ONE LOGIN and will not work the next time I use the app!! WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF THATS WHAT YOURE ASKING US TO DO. |

| 2022-10-31 |  | | Initially, the app worked without any problems, but in the last six months, I have had to uninstall and reload the app multiple times. The app will lock up and nothing will help. A window pops up, usually when I log off, that says, "ERROR...The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again or come back later." Well, once you get this window, there's no "come back later". I have to uninstall and reload it again. This app needs to be fixed! |
| 2022-05-27 |  | | Their website is awful; the app is awful. I wanted a local bank, but I can't deal with the outdated, user-UNfriendly apps. Capital One has me spoiled. Edit - 12/27/21. Still awful. Still the same problems. It rejects my correct username and password, so I am unable to log in. Tristar needs to overhaul the app and their website. Truly dreadful customer experience. Edit - 5/26/22. Same issues. Went to bank and closed account. |
