| 2024-05-01 |  | | I love the bank. Most reviewers complain about the same things but rate it high because they like the bank. Thus the rating is scewed. Fingerprint id doesn't work. Save username doesn't work. It's like signing in for the first time every time. Reenter all info. Get security code via text. Enter that. The whole 9 yards. With my other banking app it takes literally 15 seconds to check my balance. With this app it's like getting a home loan. Mobile deposits take a long time to go through. |
